Coastal Connections Gala

Join us for the AWCRE Coastal Connections Gala, a night of celebration, connection, and fun for the entire commercial real estate community.

While we proudly celebrate the women shaping commercial real estate across Nova Scotia, this event is open to everyone and welcomes professionals from all sectors of the industry. Whether you're a long-time supporter, industry leader, emerging professional, client, or colleague, we invite you to join us for an evening of networking, entertainment, and meaningful connections.

The Coastal Connections Gala will feature a silent auction in support of Alice House, a Nova Scotia charity that provides shelter, housing, and support services to women and children impacted by intimate partner violence. Donations of products, services, and gift certificates are gratefully accepted for the auction.

By attending, you support AWCRE's mission to foster networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for women in commercial real estate.

This a black tie event.

Cocktail Hour – 6:00pm

Shannon Platt is a Nova Scotia–based women’s health coach specializing in women's strength and health across every life phase. Through Shannon Platt Fitness, she helps clients cut through the noise around body composition and the changes that come with each stage of life. Bringing real talk over hype to topics too often whispered about.

In her keynote, Shannon will unpack the health topics women are curious about but rarely hear discussed plainly and offer the men in the room (partners, allies, colleagues) a clearer window into what the women around them may be navigating, so they can better understand and support them.
