Board Director

Penny Dude joined AWCRE in 2022 and currently serves on the Board as a Director, where she actively contributes to committee work. She is the Director of Commercial Business Development at First Onsite Restoration, a role she has grown into since joining the company in 2007.

With experience managing both regional and national clients, Penny is known for building strong, trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. She is passionate about understanding client needs and creating long-term value through service and partnership.
